A downloadable Role Playing
Faces of Fear is a horror role-playing game set in the modern world, which is best suited for a team of one Game Master and three Playing Persons. Playing Persons will take on the role of one of the prepared type of Mystery Hunters - Medium, Clergyman, Intern, Professional, Brawler, Technician or Publicist, and their goal will be to discover the history of the Haunted Place and face the Eeriness. The Game Master's task will be to narrate the jointly created story.
The system is best used in a session, here called a Story, played in one meeting (one-shot), but it can also be used to play a short campaign. The manual assumes that you already know what RPGs are and know the basic phrases used in role-playing games.
Faces of Fear was created using the PbtA (Powered by the Apocalypse) engine by Vincent and Meguey Baker.
